Refund and Return Policy


All items are made once an order is placed. This is why it can take a little longer to be delivered. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!



Since all items are created on demand we have a no refund policy. However, should your order qualify for a return, you reserve the right to receive a replacement.



Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, the item can not be returned. Customers residing in Brazil need to express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it.

Sealed goods cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.

The only items that are eligible for returns are those that have misprints, manufacturing defects or were received damaged. If items were damaged during delivery, particularly, breakable items such as ceramic or glass, make sure to take a video or photos of the damage.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging.

If your item qualifies for a return, contact us as soon as possible with the video or photos of the item. Make sure that the misprint, manufacturing defect or damage is clearly shown on the video or photos.



Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you



We only replace items if they meet the requirements of an item to be returned.
